SPIRITUAL SEXUALITY
QUODOUSHKA 1
At this first level of the Quodoushka series the focus is
on gaining a reality based understanding of your own
sexual energy. Learn from the shamanic wisdom of an
ancient Matriarchal Medicine Society about the energy
laws that govern all our experiences.
You will recognize the merging of female and male energies as the source of all creation and inspiration, essential for your happiness, health, self-growth, for raising the level of your energy, as gateway to connection and spirit. You will understand how sexuality can even become your natural blissful path towards enlightenment.
Illuminating teachings include how your inner elemental balance determines the level of your orgasms, how our genital body type influences our experience of pleasure.
Many energy sensitive exercises and alchemical ceremonies will enable you to encode these teachings as physical experiences.
It is ok to attend as a single person or a couple. Actual sexual contact is not required at this level, just the willingness to be absolutely present with your total being.

QUODOUSHKA 2
This level teaches you the underlying energetics that
produce the ‘realities’ we experience. Understanding these
causes will enable you to move consciously from
dysfunctional karmic ‘autopilot’ patterns into the healed,
productive energy spaces you truly long for.
Know and appreciate the reasons behind the differences of desires and experiences women and men have. You will learn about the various kinds of ‘love’, and what focus is necessary to change a co-dependent into a co-empowering, healthy relationship.
You will understand what contracts with yourself and with your partner are essential to create the container that allows you self-growth, transformation, healing, inner freedom and true openhearted sexual union. You will have ceremonial support to create such contracts that fit you.
In various exercises you will sharpen your senses and deepen the level of allowing yourself to receive and give pleasure. You will get a clear understanding of how much your conscious intent and the use of your energy body are able to contribute to your experience.
In guided explorations you will engage in exciting new levels of total presence in conscious sensual intimacy that lead you to a deeper connection and naturalness, more honest heart to heart communication, a higher, timeless state of orgasmic pleasure.
It is highly recommended to share Quodoushka levels 2+3 with a partner you are familiar with.
Quodoushka Level 1 is a prerequisite for attending Quodoushka Level 2.

QUODOUSHKA 3
In this third part of the Quodoushka teachings we focus
on transcending our sexual limitations. In intimate exercises
and ceremonies we start healing the places where
we have old wounding, take back our power, clarify our
intent and reclaim a big piece of our individual
naturalness.
You will pick up the robes of the healer, the devoted lover, the benevolent energy hunter and sexual magician. You will stalk and explore the magic of cohesion, an energy space that opens your heightened awareness and brings you into the blissful ‘zone’ of extended pleasure, multiple orgasms, total oneness with your partner and the universe.
We conclude with an in-depth understanding of the ceremonial alchemy of Sexual Magic. You will be able to create with your partner the seed and egg of what you desire to birth into your life.
Quodoushka is the merging of two energies as one that is larger then the sum of the parts. The Act of Creation.
It is highly recommended to share Quodoushka levels 2+3 with a partner you are familiar with.
Quodoushka Level 1 and 2 are prerequisites for attending Quodoushka Level 3.
