You are welcome to come to Quodoushka 1 as a single or in a couple. If you choose to come alone, you can pair up with one of the other singles to do the partner exercises. The price includes three nights accommodation in rooms with two to five beds. If you are coming in a couple, you might like to know that we allocate the double rooms on a first come, first served basis.
The food at Poulstone is really delicious and we offer a basic menu that includes some meat and fish, but special diets are also catered for. We start at lunchtime on Thursday 21st and finish by 5pm on Sunday 23rd. For details of the venue see www.poulstone.com

Suggested payment schedule:
Non refundable deposit of £100 on booking
and the balance split between the 4 months before the workshop.
Details on how to pay will be sent to you when we receive your Booking Form
Cancellation/refund policy. Should you decide you cannot make the workshop after all, we will return all payments you have made, less a £100 deposit until 15 April, after which re-funds will only be made if you can find another person to fill your place.
